Engagement Marketing to Interior Designers for an Artisan Tile Brand

Cement tile is a beautiful artisan product. treasured by interior designers and homeowners alike for its signature saturated colors, durability and sustainability. Villa Lagoon Tile is one of the US market leaders in the category. 

Handmade cement tiles work best when designers and homeowners understand its unique characteristics. Installation and maintenance are different than the more commonly used ceramic tile.

Our engagement strategy campaign for Villa Lagoon Tile leveraged influencer marketing, social media and public relations to reach likely purchasers. The campaign had B2C and B2B elements, reaching consumers, as well as interior designers, but the primary focus was B2B.

Actions:

  • Engaged interior designer and home shelter influencers to use Villa Lagoon Tile cement tile in their projects. 
  • Leveraged the resulting user-generated content on Villa Lagoon Tile's Facebook and Instagram channels, as well as Pinterest.
  • Through remarketing ads on social media and Google, we helped connect interested prospects with helpful and inspiring content. 
  • Designed and implemented an email opt-in path for interior designers, supported by email marketing and automated lead nurturing. 
  • Pursued product design awards and public relations placements in targeted interior design and shelter media for link building and trust building.
